l use Acuvue Oasys with hydraclear plus. Now l heard from one person that l should change them every 3 weeks, then l also heard that they should be changed once a month....Which one is it? l usually end up changing them once a month because l forget to mark it on my calendar, but if l know for sure that it is 3 weeks and l will definitely mark it! l want my eyes to be nice and healthy! :0)

3 weeks is best. It is usually a month, but this guideline is meant to apply to the average person. Everyone is different and there is no way Acuvue can account for difference in everyone is environment/health. Believe me, error on the side of caution when it concerns your eyes!

According to the manufacturer, Acuvue Oasys is to be replaced every two weeks. You may not even get two weeks if you are on an extended wear schedule (in other words, you sleep in your contact lenses). They have recently come out with an internet tool that will remind you when to change out your lenses. It is called Acuminder. You can sign up at http://acuvue.com/wearing-tips-lens-care.htm
