What is a star on your eye

l think your referring to a ''stye''. (sp?)
it is like a little pimple (kind of) that is on your eyelid and it rubs against ur eye and hurts really bad.

do you mean like a catyract?(sp) I've had one in my right eye since l was in my 20s. The eye doctor told me it came from some kind of trauma, like somebody hitting me upside the head (which is very possible), and that because it was star shaped that is how he knew it came from trauma, and that it could not be removed like old people is catyracts can be removed

if do you mean when you close or open ur eye see as stars or flashing light in front of you that mean the major reason is
there was a problem in your retina we called it (retinal detachment)
anther reason is (migraine) or half headache
and the normal reason is strong pushing with strong close eyelid
