where can i get an inexpensive contacts lens exam

l used to pay around $70 but the price went up to $90 in one year! l was also wondering if this was a normal price or are they ripping me off??

The price of oil and gas has made EVERTHING go up! This is a usual and customary fee.

$90 is a really good price. l work for a private practice (granted it is in Orange County, CA) & a contact lens exam is $190. When l worked for a Costco optometrist, the best cl exam was $100. You're not getting ripped off. Usually, after paying for that exam, u can go back to ur optometrist throughout the year if u have any problems with ur contacts, like u think ur vision changed, or they're uncomfortable & u want to try a different brand, & they wo not charge you.
