l can, but some people cant. The people who can say 'yes' immediately, those who do not will tell you, and l quote, l do not know.

l suppose those who can not do it are just wondering why you would even want to.

Some people can wiggle their ears independently, some can not, some can control relaxing the eyes until they go out of focus, some can not.it is just little '' talents '' that make us all individual.

Most people can do that with their eyes.there really is not anything very special about it.

the first way to do that is open your eye and think about anther things
the second way is try to make your eye as you will be strabismus and before see the image twice you will see blur
but my question is why you want that?????
