l have really bad eyesight, my left eye is worse than my right eye. A few years ago, l noticed that my left eye went to the side sometimes (away from my nose). Anyway, did not think much about it, l got my glasses and yeah.

Just yesterday, l noticed that when l was looking in the mirror at a distance, my RIGHT eye would move near my nose...

Note again that my left eye is worse than my right. So what would be the cause in my case, and what can l do to help it? Really bad myopia?

Eye exam and they will probably give you a stronger lens in the bad eye to force it to stay to the front. l was told when your tired that is when the eye will do it. They also had me wear a patch over the good eye at home in the evening.

l do not think this is a lazy eye, l think it is probably strabismius
( turning of the eyes ).
l suggest you see an ophamologist at your local hospital.

Wear an eye patch over your good eye. The brain can adapt to using just one eye, so soon that eye will get better. When it does, stop wearing the eye patch, and you should be all better!
