im talking about billberry, eyebright, rosemary, all which im told are good for ur eyes

No, they wo not make ur eyes worse, just do not expect any difference for the better either.

Beta carotine & Lutein MAY combat tired & stressed eyes they say.of all the silly claims..at least they added the word '' may'' to get them off the legal hook.

There is nothing in those tablets that can help ur vision or eye health any more that what u get in a good normal diet.

Lutein for instance is used to slow the progression of macular degeneration, but is only effective after the person has the condition.It does nothing to prevent it.
