It comes and goes.

l spend a lot of time outside, as l am quiet sporty.

l ocassionally drink red bull/coffee

Tips for relaxing?

That can happen if you consume alot of caffeine.

magnesium defficiency ?

high blood pressure or diabetes

it means someones thinking about u....

My eye twitched alot a few months ago. l hear low calcium or lack of sleep.

or you play too many video games/comp/txting. it happenes to me a lot.

sometimes it could mean your getting sick

l had a very high stress job and the entire time l worked there my eye twitched. The twitching stopped when l left the job and got another one. l do not know if there can be any other cause or not. Good luck reducing your stress.

ok l have the somae thing to dont go and waste your money going to the doc. but it is just from stress it is a felling were u think maby it will twich forever but no it will go away it l sjust stress

your eye muscle could be getting tired. try getting more sleep. when it twitches close your eye for a minute or two and rest the muscle. It can be a nervous reaction also. if you are seeing a school counselor then you are definetely in high stress. put something easy in your daily planner that will help you relax.

idk my bottom eye lid used to twitch all the time in my first period class and l could not stop it :( once it stopped my lip would twitch like l was trying to be elvis or something.

it eventually stopped altogether and now l no longer twitch =]

Too little or too much sodium ( salt) in ur diet could be one cause of this.

Do u drink much soda? Do u add or not add salt to ur food?
Those r a couple of things to consider.

Another thing to consider would be artificial light sensitivity. Check the bulbs at ur home to be sure they r the proper wattage because being around the artificial lights at school can be a real bother to many people.
Do u spend ur time indoors anyways? Too much artificial light even with the right wattage is not good so try to spend a good amount of time in the natural light of the outdoors whenever possible.

If this becomes real bothersome & does not clear up after u have taken these steps l would recommend seeing ur eye doctor.

Stress and caffeine can cause twitching. Those are the most likely causes. You need to reduce both. warm compresses and relaxation can help and cut back on the red bull/ caffeine.
