What are some possible reasons for it and how can l get rid of it?

This is very normal, its just like little reflexes, the common reasons for this are:
- lack of sleep
- too much television/computer
- too much reading

its basically when we overuse our eyes we tend to get this twitching - l always find it feels like a fly under my eyelid trying to lift it! LOL

Just probably a little nerve.

This happens to me if l am stressed or really tired.

Aww l get tat all the time, it usually means you've not had enough sleep or you could be watching t.v or on the Pc too much, give your eyes a rest should go away.

l get this when im stressed, or tired. Its so annoying. l usually try and get a bit sleep and when l wake up its gone. Or try some relaxation exercises, i've found this to help too.

l was just about to put in a question on this.

My right eye lower eyelid twitches too and l was told it was tiredness, PC work ( l use a PC all day but do take breaks from it) or stress.

As l suffer from all three, l suppose this is right!
