Probably not since your corneal tissue would not be strong enough to support either the flap they create during the surgery and too thin centrally to reshape with the laser. The only way to truly know would be to see a LASIK surgeon for consultation/evaluation.

l would very, very strongly suggest against it- and any surgeon willing to do it is one unethical fellow.

Laser surgery (eg LASIK or PRK) would actually make ur vision worse if u have keratoconus because it makes ur cornea even thinner than it already is & so makes it bow forwards even more.
A surgeon in New York does PRK with collagen cross-linking which strengthens the cornea. There is a video about that here:

Usually for keratoconus, it is best to stick to contact lenses. Surgical treatments include collagen crosslinking or insertion of special plastic rings into the cornea.

Definitely not a suitable candidate for laser/lasik surgery at any form.
