What happened...?
My right eye has been hurting lately, almost a stinging/dry feeling. l have gotten this feeling twice before, always lasting a week or less after l wear my contacts. l wear glasses most of the time, and in the past, l always wore contacts. Now, when l wear them, l get red rings around my eye (especially the right) and this stinging, dry feeling. What can l do and what may it be caused from? You think it is serious?

l would invest in a product such as clear eyes, or any kind of eye re-hydrator, my eyes are always dry and red in the mornings fromallergiess and within an hour the symptoms are gone. hope this helps.

Make sure before you touch your eyes to wash your hands throughly. If you have dry eyes you can just go to Walgreens and buy eye drops for dry eyes. It is odd that you have worn your contacts in the past and all of a sudden your experiencing stinging and dryness? Are these new contact lenses? If they are new and leaving you red rings around your eyes then it might be that the contacts are too tight on you. You should visit your doctor, the sooner the better.
