8 years ago, l wore -5.0 for both eye, then a doctor gave me a -6.0 (left) and -5.5(right), and l never got used to them. l guess that is the major reason my left eye got worse over the years. 2 years ago, l got another prescription for contact lens -5.75 (left)-5.00(right) which make me dizzy and nausea and right eye see objects blurry, l saw a different doctor and she gave me -5.25 for left -5.00 for right but astagmatism which are not comfortable and becomes blurry with right eye after l wear them. so l decided to get frame glasses and l saw the second doctor above, she gave me -6.00 for left -5.25 for right, now l feel much pressure on right eye because right eye is blurry.and frame is not comfortable either. what can l do?

With prescriptions it always takes a while for ur eyes to adjust to a new lens. If the discomfort continues u need to go back to the opticians as they have given u the wrong lenses - either because the initial exam was written down wrong or they made up ur glasses wrong. l have had this problem so many times & have ended up using nearly all the opticians in our city. Just remember they r ur eyes & very precious so make sure u keep going back until they get the prescription right.
