what is it called when one of your eyes is lower on your face than the other

What l mean, is the when the other eye is in a normal position on the face and the other is much lower and droopy looking? Is it an illness?

It can be an illness, or a symptom of an illness. Not knowing any more, it is a hard question to give a good answer for. Sorry l can not be of any further help.
