depending on how old you are, you can get contacts. bu l suggest getting glasses FIRST.

Probably not - but you may want them to help prevent headaches. My older sister has a pretty close prescription and she only has her glasses to help prevent headaches and stuff.

thats a question only you or an optometrist can answer. In your situation, l would get glasses just for minor activities such as reading a book or something. That is really not that bad, You may need to wear it sometimes, just not always.

if you cant see the board at school u need glasses.
if you cant read a book in your hands u need glasses.
if u need them, u need to wear them all the time.
if you dont u could go blind.
u may think im exagerating but im not.
when l did not wear my glasses my visionj got worse and went to 20/100
21/100 is blind.

Get contacts instead. Alternatively, if you can not see the chalkboard, wear them. If you can, do not wear them. But you should always wear them when driving (especially at night). Plus, glasses are in vogue right now. Get some cool Tortoiseshell Burberry frames and drive everyone wild.

yes but only to drive/read up close. You might not be able to get contacts though because of your cyl. they might be more expensive then it is worth. just get some cute frames and wear them when you feel you need them. BUT drive with them ALWAYS!!!!


your sight isnt that bad but without glasses it can get worse. the more squinting you do the worse off you are.

You have a mild prescription for farsightedness (trouble seeing near objects) and mild astigmatism. You may find it helpful to wear them while using the computer or reading for prolonged periods of time. The best thing l can suggest is to wear them when you feel like you need them. It is really up to you.

Some people with that RX would not notice whether they had it or not.
Many would find reading & computer work less tiring, & possibly board-work or television too.

So there is a fair chance the glasses would be *useful*, at least sometimes.

But since wearing or not wearing that Rx wo not make ur eyes go worse or better (they will do whatever they were going to do anyway) it is ur call: even if you'd rather have headaches than wear the glasses, that is fine, medically (it is literally not my headache) & u wo not be doing any damage.
.except to ur friendships if u keep moaning about headaches.

Not really but only use them if you need to as your prescription indicates a mild degree of farsightedness.
