I am thinking about getting contacts and l just wanna know some things.
#1) can the contacts break in your eye, like if a ball hits your eye would it break.
#2) do they mess up your eyes
#3) if the contacts go up your eye when you sleep, how do you get them out.
#4) do your eyes stay dry and get bloodshot?

Ok, to answer your question wear disposable soft contacts and I've been wearing them since l was 14 years old.
1 Soft contacts would not break in your eye if you get hit in the eye with a ball
2 They will not mess up your eyes if you take care of the properly.
3 You are not supposed to sleep in your contacts unless they are the 24/7 kind.
4 If you have chronic dry eyes you might not be able to wear contacts, you will have to check with your eye doctor.

i wore glasses for about 3 yrs. and went to contacts for 2 yrs. the contacts was such a pain l tried some eye exercises l found in a book on yoga. l did them for about a month. that was 15 yrs. ago and my vision is still 20/20 l forget why l needed them in the first place but the eye exercises will cure several different kinds of problems.
