i've ben playing computer all summer and im kinda blind

nooooo
not that im blind but that l can not really see as well as before, it is always blurry for example before l look at letters say bout three meters away and l could see fine but now l have to focus on one word to make it out
i noe l should not play pc or tv as much but is that what it takes for me to get a better sight?
oh and l also read to like 12 oclock

anyways l can not stop reading the demonta series by darren shan is too good and l DON''T want glassesssss and l will do wat ever it takes to get back to my so called normal sight.....
does eating carrots help?
im miserable, now l read with my sunglasses and it felt a little better but im still feeling that im going blind l feel bad oh plz help me out~~

DO NOT SQUINT.even if you cant see the words..because it will increase your prescription and your eyes will get worse..and l dont think you would like that to happen.
now stop playing games and limit you time of reading your book for about 2 or 3 weeks. and if things still get blurry..then you should go see the eye doctor. and going to the eye doctor doesnt mean you have to get glasses..you can get contacts too(:

Eyesight is determined by the size and shape of your eye, and no food, vitamin, exercise, computer screen, tv screen, or squinting is going to change those. It is common for eyesight to change in the teens as the body grows and changes, but it should stabilize in the twenties. No, there is no way to improve your eyesight without surgery. l suggest you head to your eye doctor and get some glasses or contacts so you can see clearly.
