l dont really care if l lose my contacts in the water since they only last for a day. But Is it safe to wear them in the ocean? cause l really dont want red eyes!

sure, but you will need to replace them asap..and you know..goggles over contacts work wonderful. l know I've done it!

The problem is not so much losing your contacts, but the chance of picking up an infection. It is best if you can keep contacts and water as far apart as possible to prevent infection.
Goggles or no contacts are your best bet, but l know it is hard sometimes.

l wear one-day contacts, & l wear them when l go to the beach. l just take care to not get my eyes wet, or to close my eyes when a wave comes. Salt water in contacts is really annoying since the contact sort of holds the water in. However, if u blink rapidly several times in a row, u can clear the water from ur eyes & still be able to wear the contacts.
So go ahead & wear them in the ocean. Personally, i'd rather have my eyes burn a little for a few seconds than to be blind.

Is ok..as long as it is a daily lenses.
