l dont know the difference.
cause l just had my eyes checked a few days back, and the prescription was the same for both my contacts and my classes

Go to your eye doctor and ask.
Because you also have to worry about things like base curve and stuff.
Also l know that the contact prescription will be less because they are closer to your eye.

l wear both but honestly l do not know my prescription for either. l would assume the same, with the only difference being the eye measurements they do to fit the contacts.

Rx is for glasses & contacts r different for several reasons. One is that the contacts sit on ur eye & ur glasses r further away. This is called vertex distance. It is figured into the prescription to take into account how far a lens is away form the eye. Some contacts r fit also taking ur tear layer into account. Another thing is that base curves & diameters r also prescribed for a person individually because we all have different measurements on the surface of our cornea. So, u just can not & should not try to get contacts with a glasses rx. Some people try to, & it is goofy because u can get hurt by wearing the wrong thing. l see it all the time. So, u need to have ur doctor fit u for the contacts & get a correct Rx for them from the office. It is the best for ur health & future vision.

my friend use both like me but her prescription are different and the two eyes are different too.

i suggest you get an exam , it is different for everyone .

yes , contact is right in front of the eye when glasses have a space from the eye and the glasses. get an exam , ok?
