l keep having this weird eye thing where l blink them super hard like l shut them and squeeze them shut with my eye muscles or whatever and l cant help it...had it for about a year

how can l stop this because it really annoys me...

Stop flirting with girls than you're be fine...lol. Seriously, it could be your eyes are too dry and therefore you blinked hard and became a habit. Try to control it and in time the habit will goes away. l had the same problem.

l sugest relaxation techniques, meditation, and of course seing a doc !

It takes 30 days to get rid of a habit.
You can try hypnosis, easy way out is the doctor.
Try meditation like the second answer said.
