l usually watch tv across the room (which l need my glasses for) and look back and forth to my computer, on my lap. l do not need my glasses to see the computer, but l find myself looking at the screen through them just so l do not have to put them back on when l wanna glance up at the tv. Does this make my eyes worse?

If u r shortsighted & use glasses for distance objects then it is best that u do not use them for near work- it is said that ur vision can get worse as the glasses can be too strong at shorter distances & causing eyestrain.
l only use my glasses to see distance & not for close work.
l also use computer & watch tv at the same time but l choose not to use them as only my right eye is shortsighted & my left eye has perfec vision. Its annoying when u have two eyes that see differently.

Distance glasses r way overcorrected for vision up close. Strong prescriptions can encourage incorrect vision habits of diffusion & staring. Incorrect vision habits r what squeeze our eyes out of shape & give us blurry vision.

When people r aware of the incorrect vision habits they can avoid them & increased blurry vision. Though when people become aware of the incorrect vision habits to avoid, & reintegrate the correct vision behaviors, their dependance on artificial corrections decreases & they see clearly naturally.
