l put in my contact lenses, and 2 minutes later, my eyes start to get a little red. My left eye feels like it has a bruise on it, or like someone punched it, but my right eye feels fine. I am worried because it isnt the normal stinging pain from contact lenses, its more of the dull bruise pain...

PS l had an eye exam yesterday, in which they dialated (sp?) my eyes, if that helps
Oh, and my eyes arent dialated anymore, but the pupil in my left eye is significantly smaller than the one in my right...

Give your eyes a break from contact lenses for a few days. Also make sure that your contact lenses are thoroughly clean because if not you can infect your eyes with bacteria and then you will have a real problem. In the meantime, treat your eyes with visine and a put a cold wash cloth over your eyes for a few minutes each day until it clears up. Then try your contacts again.

Always make sure you clean your contacts daily. If not then bacteria will build up and it could lead to serious problems. For now l would just put some artificial tears in to ooze the pain.

You could be having astigmatism,wear contacts safe for that condition.
