go to bed sooner, set multiple alarms, set goals for yourself in regards to snooze time

You could try falling asleep earlier.
If not, you should try a different kind of alarm clock.
thinkgeek.com offers some pretty cool alarm clocks that will ensure that you wake up. A robotic alarm clock that actually rolls away, and wo not be quiet until you get up and turn it off manually. Also, another one where the top flies away, and you have to go pick it up in order for it to be quiet.
