l was wondering if l can wash my face with my contacts on. Im afraid that l might lose my lens.

Yes you can as long as you do not rub your eyes or get soap in them

yes l do all the time. sometimes if you rub to hard on your eyelids the contact might move a little which might be uncomfortable. but for the most part yes :)

l wear contacys and l wassh my face with them in. just close your eyes and be gentle around your eyes and you should be fine!!

l wear contacts too but l usually wash my face in the morning while l am in the shower and then put my contacts in. At night, l take them out, then wash my face again. l guess you could keep them in if you wanted to. Just when you rinse your face or splash it with water, do not open your eyes until your face is completey dry. So just keep a washcloth or a towel near by.

l leave mine in when l am in a pool, l just be sure not to open my eye is underwater, or contacts will drift away
