l havent got it off of actual eyeglass lenses but l got it off a glass by putting it in warm soapy water - washing up water and just rubbing gently with my thumb. It took a while but it did come off.

IVE WORKED IN AN OPTICIANS OFFICE FOR OVER 2YRS AND TO TELL U THE TRUTH ITS GONNA BE VERY HARD. BUT ALL U CAN DO IS LEAVE IT SOAKING AND IT MIGHT TAKE A LOOONG TIME BUT IT MIGHT NOT COME OFF AT ALL..ESPECIALLY IF UR EYEGLASS HAS COATINGS ON IT LIKE ANTI-REFLETIVE COATING.
SORRY U MIGHT JUST NEED TO GET NEW LENSES.

xey is right nail polish will work but make sure it contains acetone.if your frame is plastic just becareful as it will melt the frame a little is you use too much.you would be waiting ages for the soapy water too work.
