First ur vision needs to be stable for at least a year or 2.

Also, l believe there is a limit on how many diopters they can correct for with the laser vision operation. This is because the more they have to correct, the more of ur cornea they r having to blast away with lasers & they do not want to cut a hole completely through or leave it too thin to function properly afterwards. So, if u really r using glasses that r 15 diopters, they might not be able to get rid of all the nearsightedness. Furthermore, not everybody is a suitable candidate for the procedure.
