l wore RGPs for about seven years, before my eyes would not tolerate them (they always felt dry & l lived in an area with hardly any humidity). l did switch to soft for a while afterwards.

l thought RGPs were easy to put in, but also easy to pop out. Once the lens popped out & l did not realize it for almost half an hour. They r a lot smaller than soft lenses. It is impossible to put them in inside out. They r easy to clean, but if u rub really hard, u could break them.

l could definitely feel them on my eyes, every time l blinked. They got uncomfortable after wearing them for about 12 hours, or if l was tired & sleep deprived.

They r not made like disposable lenses. l think l kept mine for over a year. Mine were fairly expensive, because l have a lot of astigmatism. l think the expense approximately equals the expense of disposable soft lenses for astigmatism.

l had excellent vision with them! l wish l could still wear them.

Good luck!
