Toric lenses dont have an option of cylinder as -1.00. So should l get -1.25 or -0.75?

That is not something u can just decide to buy on ur own without them having been prescribed.
You can not have any clue if those torics will even work for you. Very often, 2 or 3 brands have to be tried to get the right fit & rotation.
You have to have trials done at the Dr is office first to find a brand that will work right for you..then they will give u a prescription that will tell u exactly what to order.
The online sites require a prescription specifically for contacts. That is a prescription for glasses u have.
