You need a lot of correction. Get proper glasses for different activities. One for reading and computer work, another for distance and driving and watching movies or TV and maybe a combination for both. Get the largest frames you can. You want to be able to read comfortably so that you can study hard without having your eyes be the excuse that keeps you from attaining your best potential.
