l have such a bad memeory and always lose it.
i lost it on the 5 th day of highschool.
and then lost the next one the first day l got it.
i sometimes take it off cause l think they look ugly on me.
but how do you like weat it at all times.i need so advies.thanks.

With my Rx, l wear them all the time, & the few times I've had short periods with contacts, it felt wrong not to have the glasses.

I've known people who did not need glasses all the time wear them effectively constantly (it does no harm) simply because that way they knew where they were: they were never in the wrong coat, car, house.
and they were much less likely to get stepped or sat on.

And with this not-desperately-handsome male, glasses r not a major issue for style & appearance.
But personally l think glasses can look cute or smart, well-selected, on females.

l wear mine all day everyday & l do not mind wearing them at all, l actually think l look better with them than without. l did not wear them all the time at first,but then l started to wear them all the time & have not looked back. l flirted with the idea of getting contacts,but l just would not feel like myself without my glasses.

My advice to u for not losing ur glasses is to keep them in a case so that they're safe,and just to remember where they r when u need them,or just wear them all the time,there is no harm in that!
