l have been seeing black, small, bright black spots since 4 days ago. They do not dissapear and they float in my visual, just in the right eye, some are larger than others, also l see like a fly in the left corner of my right eye. Could this be important enough to make me go to my doctor? Will it go away with time? Thanks a lot!!!

These are called floaters.

They're harmless, but annoying. Eyedrops usually helps, and l am not sure if they go away :|

See your eye professional. Definite FRESH floaters should prompt an examination. While 98% of such are harmless, requiring no action at all, 2% are the early warning signs of retinal detachment.

And waiting to see if it is the 2% is not a good idea. Yes, the odds are 50:1 in your favour. The stakes aren't.
It is not an emergency call, but arrange now to be seen in the next few days, as suits.
