l have drop my eye contacts in the sink and l have touched them with hands with out washing them with soap so what should l do is it safe to put them back in and by the way the sink did not have water in it

no l would not it is gonna burrrn like a mother when you put them back in then your eye will get all red and irritated if you dont have solution l know it may sound nasty but actually put it in your mouth or get spit and kinda clean it off.

umm you can try to put it back in but you might have a painful reaction. l have seen some people use there saliva to help moist it and then they put it back in. gross, l know but hey if you have no water or any other solution then it could work

Rinse them well with saline solution before you try putting them in your eyes. My contacts have been thru far more than that and l just rinse them off and they're fine.

For the future, l highly recommend a cleaner called Clear Care by Ciba Vision. It cleans contacts so much better than saline and makes them more comfortable to wear.

Run it under the contact solution for 1-5 minutes. If you are gentle, afterwords, gently clean on the contact w/ a clean finger. Afterwords, put it back in the case w/ new contact solution.

l would not risk putting them back in without first rinsing them with that saline solution that you put in the contact case to clean them. There could be dirt on the contacts and it could irritate your eyes.
