l wanna know how to get rid of red eyes, a few people said that you could wet a cloth with cold water and put it on your eye for about 5 minutes but that didnt work, some one else said to put ice in the cloth so l did that but it only made it worst, so is there something else l should do but l dont have or want any eyedrops

Take a wet cloth and GENTLY GENTLY wipe off your eyeball and the corners of your eyes this will remove oils and irritants from your eye.

Are you a contact lens wearer? Do you have any other symptoms that accompany your red eyes? There are so many causes for red eyes. it could be anything from allergies to dry eyes. the cold cloth and ice will only work to help with swelling and perhaps provide some relief to the eyes.

You need to go see your eye doc to see why your eyes are red- that is the most important thing. you need to know what you are dealing with before you can properly treat it .

Unfortunately the options include a cold compress and eye drops. if the cold compress does not work for you my guess is that you have dry eyes or allergies, both of which require eye drops.
