So. l wore glasses for probably about a 1 year now. Normally l do not really need to wear them everyday, but l just need to wear them when i'm taking notes in school. But at home l can not really see the tv. So l wear them, and it gets pretty annoying. l asked my parents for contacts, but they said no because if you put them on your eyes it cause bacteria in your eyes or something. Please help me convince my parents, and get me contacts. Very Much Appreciated.

Your parents r correct that contact lenses can increase ur risk of eye infection if they r not properly cared for. l suggest that u tell ur parents that u r responsible enough to wear contact lenses & that u would properly care for them. Contact lenses also give u better peripheral vision & a more natural appearance. l suggest asking ur parents about a trial period for contact lenses for a 3-6 month timespan. If u end up getting an eye infection as a result of carelessness, then ur parents would take the contacts away from you.

dont get contacts if you wear your glasses parttime. Contacts are for people who need to wear them ALL the time, not just to occasionally watch tv or take notes.
