l am having the same problem! Mine has lasted for 3 weeks so far. l do not know why & its very irrating because it happens at school & people probably think im weird lol. But ive read it can happen because of
-Lack of sleep
-Stress
-Too much computer or straining of eyes
-Lack of potassium (eat bananas)
Here r some ways to help it stop but really none of them worked for me.
-Eat bananas
-Get more sleep
-Yoga (helps stress)
-Stay away from the comp for a bit
-rub ur eye gently
-apply heat on ur eye & gently massage it
also take some tylenol or something it does help.
